In a lecture on the quality and working environment in the real estate sector The Specialist in the field of planning and operations management in the real estate projects Eng. Ammar bin Saeed Mohieuddin on the importance of quality in the real estate sector, explaining that it takes different dimensions, appearing in the properties, and the aesthetic appearance of the product and the services provided and so on. This was in a lecture organized by Asharqia Chamber the evening of Tuesday, June 28, 2016 and was witnessed a distinctive attendance titled "the control of quality and the modern working environment in the real estate sector". saying that quality means the suitability of the product for use or how the product matches requirements, and this is different from the concept of "Quality Planning " which is a strategic Activity linked to the goals of establishments in the long term as a development plan, related to products, financial and marketing plans, and plans for the use of human resources .. He pointed to the need for quality observation in accordance with the mentioned definition, which means practical methods aim to spot the process and reduce the causes of the unacceptable performance in all stages of production, to reach the required levels of quality, and are seen as a tool for detecting flaws defects, not to prevent them. He pointed the term (Quality Planning) and defined it as all systematic and planned activities, applied within the quality scale, and are proved as needed to provide enough confidence that the institution is able to meet the quality requirements .. explaining that quality assurance is based on the precaution or preventing defects rather than revealing, and focus on the need to apply reliable observation methods of the implemented activities at all stages to achieve quality. He called for a total adjustment of the quality and expanding it to include all operations related to production, such as marketing and financial maintenance and operations .. so as to reach a total quality management, so that all members of the organization are participated in improving processes, products and services and the culture in which they work under. The lecturer pointed to Daimak operations (DMAIC), which mean an abbreviation to five steps that are: identification or selection (Define), measurement (Measure,), analysis (Analyze), Improvement (Improve), control (Control) and he thinks that it solves problems in an organized manner that is widely used in the development of quality and process improvement, The definition according to Mohieuddin includes selecting the required activities related to quality, and the goals and planned operations, and the staff, while the measurement means the processes results, while the analysis will be more accurate being connected with the operations to see the possibility of development with defining the root causes of the problems and their impact, then comes the development stage and it is taking the suggested solutions after confirmation of their validity, and then the observation related to the results and the effectiveness of the application of development solutions.
